The digital signal of this station is various. This station has three channels having PSIP short names are WRTV-HD, Grit, and LWN. On October 3, 2011, WRTV start providing health and lifestyle-oriented services Live Well Network (The Walt Disney Company, ABC’s parent company owned it) on digital subchannel 6.3 on October 3, 2011. In the second half of the month, Comcast starts broadcasting subchannels on digital channel 246. June 12, 2009, is the official date for the U.S. high-power television station to switch from analog broadcasting to digital broadcasting under federal authorization. WRTV’s joint programming includes live broadcasts with Kelly and Ryan, Right This Minute (co-produced by Scripps), and Judge Judy. WRTV will erase all ABC network schedules and will generally broadcast all network programs according to mode unless the radio station is broadcasting breaking news, bad weather, or special programs. During the 1987-88 season, WRTV took the lead on ABC’s 9:30 pm. After Max Headroom moved to Thursday, the time slot began every Friday and switched to Suzanne Somers’ short-lived “She’s the Sheriff” vehicle.

On September 7, 2013, WRTV made its debut on the weekend morning news broadcast (from 6:00 am to 7:00 am, one hour period; at 8:00 am on Saturday, another two-hour period; Sunday, half an hour) to restore the morning news broadcast to their weekend program. The expansion resulted in the hiring of eight live and behind-the-scenes staff at the station. As a result, WRTV moved the weekend version of “Good Morning America” to 7:00 AM. This is the time slot suggested by the network for this procedure in all time zones.
