WTTV is a virtual channel 4. It is a CBS-affiliated TV station that performs duties in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The KTTV TV is licensed by Bloomington. Nexstar Media Group-owned this station and is part of a duopoly with WXIN (Channel 59), a Fox affiliate licensed in Indianapolis. The two sites share studios at Network Place (near 71st Street and I-465) under development at the Intech Park office in northwest Indianapolis. On National Highway 252 in Trafalgar, the WTTV transmitter is located.

Kokomo’s WTTK (Virtual Channelfrequency 29, UHF Digital frequency 15) control functioning as a full-time satellite of WTTV; the transmitter of the station is located at West 73rd Street / Westlane Road in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis (west of Ziwu Mountain).
