The broadcasting rating was extremely lower than KFBB and KRTV in the market which was issued by Nielsen. Mx Media Broadcasting announced to acquire KTMF in Missoula and Butte based KWYB along with KTGF from Continental Television in March 2001. Dix Communications decided to sell its broadcasting assets in which KFBB and KULR television outlets and get under the possession of Max Media in 2003.

Great Falls broadcasting market was not large enough to carry two major networks partnership for the services which force Max Media to sell out its KTGF outlet. They could not find a buyer for this network, and which was later bought by Destiny Communications in November 2004 which was based in Wichita, Kansas. A transmission permits on channel 50 for the area of Great Falls was purchased by Beartooth Communications in April 2005 which was already owned KTVH association of NBC network in Helena. NBC association was intentionally transformed from KTGF during the expiration date was closed.
Viewership of KJJC:
A complaint was filed to the Federal Communications Commission by Destiny Communications in which they mentioned stopping the affiliation of NBC which goes to Beartooth station. On July 1 both outlets were announced to get NBC affiliation and the Fox association was carried out by Destiny on June 29. This announcement create confusion in the market because Great Falls already had Fox-affiliated KLMN but without serving on cable connections in the specific areas. On July 1, 2005, Fox transmission was available on KTGF and KLMN in which NBC association was replaced from KTGF to KBGF. In September 2006, My Network TV was associated with the KLMN television station and UPN affiliation was also adopted.
