Station gradually made changes in their interior and taking care of each little aspect. A major change occurs in digital technology and keeping the growth rate in advancement, by all-stock transaction a company famously names as Gannett acquire the station on December 1994.

The only intention was buying this to get back in the television market and start a KHTV station in the area of former American president Bill Clinton. Today’s THV KTHV was having the brand name Arkansas 11 and they were inspired by other market stations who rebranded their names in the broadcasting market. In October 2012, Gannett faced a conflict with Dish Network because of skipping their commercial and features over their own programs. On February 28, 2013 station logo and style was revised to the THV 11 on branding and logo design. In the Little Rock market KHTV was the one who installed a digital antenna in the area and start digital Broadcasting services.
